1. Go to the Tools menu and click on Email Accounts
  2. In the Account Settings, select the E-Mail tab, click New.
  3. Select Microsoft Exchange Server, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP and click Next.
  4. Select manually configure server settings and then click Next.
  5. Select Internet E-Mail then click Next.
  6. Enter the following information.
    • Your Name: your name
    • Email Address: your email address
    • Account Type: IMAP
    • Incoming Mail server (IMAP): mail.mailconfig.net
    • Outgoing Mail server (SMTP): mail.mailconfig.net
    • User Name: your email address
    • Password: your email password
    • DO NOT check the Secure Password Authentication box
  7. Click on More Settings and select the Outgoing Server tab.
  8. Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
  9. Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
  10. Click on the Advanced tab.
  11. Change the Outgoing server (SMTP) to 587
  12. Set Use encrypted connection to SSL
  13. Click Ok. Click Next. Click Finish.
